1. About CarzLync and acceptance
CarzLync is an online automotive marketplace and classified platform for cars, motorcycles and related services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, CarzLync does not own, sell, purchase, inspect, finance or take possession of vehicles listed by third-party users.
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and comply with applicable law. If you use CarzLync for a company, dealership or showroom, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information and activity under your account.
- Keep your name, email, mobile, location and business information current.
- Keep passwords and authentication details confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
- Do not share an account, impersonate another person or business, or create fraudulent multiple accounts.
- Never give another user a password, OTP, PIN, banking credential or card security information.
3. Seller and listing responsibilities
Sellers must have authority to advertise a vehicle and must ensure that listing information is accurate, complete, current and not misleading.
- Do not advertise stolen, unlawfully possessed, non-transferable or fraudulently documented vehicles.
- Disclose material condition, accident, damage, mileage, ownership, registration, service and legal information.
- Use photographs and videos of the actual vehicle and provide only media you are authorised to use.
- Do not upload forged, altered, copyrighted without permission, illegal or unnecessarily sensitive documents or media.
- Keep listings current, remove duplicates and mark the vehicle sold or request removal when unavailable.
4. Listing review and verification
CarzLync may review listings before or after publication for information, documents, photographs, pricing, completeness, prohibited content and other risks. A reviewed, verified or approved designation is not a guarantee or warranty of vehicle authenticity, mechanical condition, ownership, documentation, mileage, history, price, availability or legal transferability. Users must independently verify material information.
5. Buyer responsibilities and transactions
Buyers should inspect the vehicle, verify ownership, registration, legal status, chassis or VIN, engine information, mileage, service and accident history, seller identity, final price and payment terms. Consider an independent mechanical inspection and an appropriate test drive.
Unless expressly stated for a specific service, CarzLync is not a party to a vehicle transaction. The buyer and seller are responsible for their own agreement, payment, delivery, documentation and dispute. CarzLync does not guarantee the vehicle, seller, price, availability, payment, delivery or successful completion of a transaction.
6. Fraud, prohibited content and messaging
Fraudulent listings, stolen vehicles, fake documents, illegal goods, misleading information, duplicate manipulation, malware, threats, harassment, hate speech, phishing, extortion and unlawful activity are prohibited. Messaging must not be used for spam, abuse, unsolicited mass marketing or attempts to obtain credentials or financial information.
We may reject, remove, restrict or preserve content and suspend or terminate accounts to protect users, the Platform or legal and safety interests. Reports may concern fraud, fake listings, stolen vehicles, harassment, threats, copyright, privacy or security issues.
7. User content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant CarzLync a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format, distribute and otherwise use it as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, market and improve the Platform. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this licence.
CarzLync name, logo, software, code, design, text, images, icons, databases and functionality are owned by or licensed to CarzLync. Scraping, automated bulk access, copying, reverse engineering and commercial exploitation without written permission are prohibited.
8. Advertising, paid services and payments
CarzLync may offer featured, sponsored or boosted listings, dealer/showroom packages, advertising placements, subscriptions and other marketplace services. Specific pricing, duration, eligibility and benefits are shown separately. Payment for a promotional service does not guarantee a sale, search ranking, number of views, enquiries or leads.
Paid services may be processed by CarzLync or third-party providers. Vehicle purchase payments between buyers and sellers are generally separate. Refunds for CarzLync services are governed by the Refund Policy.
9. Third-party services and availability
The Platform may integrate payment, maps, analytics, cloud, advertising, authentication, email, SMS, social and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. CarzLync may modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict Platform features and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Disclaimers, liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided as available and as is. CarzLync is not responsible for vehicle defects, accidents, fraud, misrepresentation, fake documents, ownership disputes, user payment disputes, third-party services, indirect losses or losses arising from transactions between users.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify CarzLync and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers for claims arising from your breach, unlawful use, listing, content, infringement, fraud or transaction. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these Terms for new services, features, technology, business practices, security or law. The updated version will be posted and additional notice or consent will be provided where required. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, subject to mandatory legal rights. Disputes should first be raised with CarzLync for informal resolution, then handled by a competent court or other lawful mechanism.
